Table Time Limits:
All tables booked for arrival times from 18:00 up to and including 18:45 will be subject to a time limit of two hours.  After which we will require your table back for other customers. 

BOOKINGS WHERE A DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING.
We reserve the right to request a non-refundable deposit to secure your table at any time.  This will currently be charged at a minimum of £10 per person or as otherwise specifically noted on our website or menus.  Typically this will be applied for special occasions such as but not limited to; Valentines Day, Mothers Day, Fathers Day, Easter Sunday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day & Boxing Day.  Where a deposit is required your booking will remain unconfirmed until the deposit has been paid in full.  In all cases the full deposit must be paid within 14 days of your booked date.  For whatsoever reason (not COVID19 related, terms below) any cancellations received within 7 days of your booked date are 100% non-refundable.  Cancellations received within 14 days of your booked date but 7 full days prior to your booked date will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the full deposit per cover for each cover cancelled.

Where central government or local government restrictions prevent us or you from honouring your booking we will refund your deposit in full if those restrictions force the table booking to be changed to a time or date unacceptable to you or us or cancelled completely.

 
The booking contract:
Thank you for booking with us. We both need a contract so that your rights and our rights are protected.
We have tried to make these as brief and clear as possible.
The booking is with us.
Your contract is with us and not with simpleERB.com or 5pm Ltd who provide the booking technology.
By using the Service you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions of use.
You need to have the legal capacity to make a booking.
You must provide true and accurate information.
You are entering into a contract with us which means that you have to pay for the meal once you have eaten it, unless you have made any full or partial pre pay arrangements.
The contract becomes legally binding on us only when you have received the confirmation email.
You can cancel the booking via the cancellation link below.
If you do not arrive at the restaurant within 20 minutes of your specified booking time (and cannot provide proof that you have communicated your inability to honour your booking) we reserve the right to charge you a "no show" fee.  This will be charged at £20 per person and is in addition to any deposits that may have been paid in association with the booking.  The person responsible for the table booking assumes full responsibility for all monies owed in relation to any "no show" fee charged.
If you turn up with less than your booked number of people we reserve the right to charge you a partial "no show" fee.
If you turn up late (more than 30 minutes after your booked table time) at the restaurant we reserve the right to give away your table(s), although we will always endeavour to accommodate you at a later time if possible.
We reserve the right to cancel your booking if we are unable to provide the service to you.

Credit cards:
If we have asked you for a credit card number, we reserve the right to make a charge to this card for any of the reasons described above.
 
Privacy:
You will receive emails from us relating to confirmation of your booking.

Liability:
Our booking technology partners, simpleERB.com and 5pm Ltd strive for the highest levels of security but please note that information carried over the internet is not 100% secure.
Neither we nor our  booking technology partners accept any liability for loss, damages or costs associated with the use of this service, including viruses, data loss or consequential loss.
We try and keep our data up to date but we accept no responsibility for any damage or consequential loss arising from inaccurate data or your reliance upon it.
 
Rights and jurisdiction:
We reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time.
The onus is on you to check the current terms and conditions.
This contract is governed by the Law of England.
