Pork & pancetta roulade, mulled plum chutney

Main Course
Roast turkey roll, Christmas crumble topping with pistachio nuts, sage, cranberry,
Sage & onion stuffing with all the trimmings!
 Fillet of beef, poached pear, pommes anna, kale, roasted celeriac, carrot & spinach, 
red wine Jus 
Harissa Lentils, roasted carrot, onion, fennel, smoked tofu, lemon crème fraiche (v)
Pan roasted fillet of halibut, crab risotto, pickled cucumber & roe salad
 Vegetable wellington, pearl barley, cranberries, mushroom, 
rosemary & thyme with all the trimmings! (v)
